Feature & Follow Friday (3)

Feature & Follow Friday is a weekly meme created by Parajunkee where bloggers hop around meeting and following other bloggers.

To join the fun and make new book blogger friends, just follow these simple rules:

  • (Required) Follow the Follow My Book Blog Friday Host { Parajunkee.com } and any one else you want to follow on the list
  • (Required) Follow our Featured Bloggers - Let's talk about books
  • Put your Blog name & URL in the Linky thing. LINKY TOOLS IS BACK! I paid for the subscription - finally so now you can add the links to your own post!!! To add the code to your own post click on GET THE CODE here under the list of names.
  • Grab the button up there and place it in a post, this post is for people to find a place to say hi in your comments
  • Follow Follow Follow as many as you can, as many as you want, or just follow a few. The whole point is to make new friends and find new blogs. Also, don't just follow, comment and say hi. Another blogger might not know you are a new follower if you don't say "HI"
  • If someone comments and says they are following you, be a dear and follow back. Spread the Love...and the followers
  • If you're new to the follow friday hop, comment and let me know, so I can stop by and check out your blog!

  • Ok, so here we go. This week question is one I've been dying to say out loud. And don't get me wrong, please, is not that I want to be mean but that I need to say it, finally.
(I'm such a drama queen sometimes xD).

    Q. Let's stay away from Besties...
What is the worst book that you've ever read and actually finished?

    Yeah... Mine is this one:

The Brotherhood of the Holy Shroud by Julia Navarro

I read this book when I was 17 because I liked the title. The story actually is pretty good and you can't stop reading but then, the end of the book is like... "I think I missed something... right? Right?!". I mean, it just finishes and lots of the questions are not answered and the characters... well, I'm not going to write any spoilers but I remember that I was so annoyed that my mom thought I was hyperventilating xD

Anyway, that was my worst read, what was yours?

    Hugs!

    1. Hi Alaiel,

I'm returning your follow. I have to say, I've read books like that. It's a shame when it happens.

    2. I haven't heard of this book and it's not something I would pick up anyways. The part where you describe that your mom thought you were hyperventilating made me laugh! Thanks for stopping by my blog!

    5. Hi Alaiel - sounds like it made quite an impace! (Even if it wasn't the one the author was hoping for). My worst read is Forrest Gump - movie = fun book = painful.

      Have a great weekend!

    8. Ah, I can't stand it when I get to the end of the book and the ending just doesn't cut it. I've seriously tried to make more pages materialise out of thin air in the past :D

Thanks for the follow! I'm following you now as well :)

That book sounds infuriating! I was about to ask the same question as Jessica - are you sure there wasn't a sequel?

    15. Hi, Alaiel! Firstly, can I just tell you how pretty your name is? I've never known anybody with the same one as you before -- and unique is always the best! :) Plus, I'm a huge fan of mice and your blog design is just adorable!

Thanks so much for stopping by! I'm a new follower for sure! :)

I've actually never read The Brotherhood of the Holy Shroud, but now I'll be sure not to!

    16. Hopping through. I haven't heard of this book. It's always disappointing when the book doesn't end well and sum things up.

    17. Actually, I never thought about looking for a sequel so I just did and nope, no sequel. Wich makes sense after the ending of the book xD

Thanks to all of you for coming by! I'm going to return the favor as soon as GFC is working again... Hugs! :D
