It's been a while since my last participation in this meme but... I'm back! :D

This is my teaser for today:

The Name of the Star by Maureen Johnson

Where the neck was supposed to be, there was a space

There was something strangely familiar about the man, something I couldn't

quite place. It was something about his eyes, his bald head, his outfit.

And he was creepy. Maybe it was just because he was some middle-aged man standing around 

school grounds, talking to underage girls. That would do it. That's the technical 

definition of creepy.

So far so good. The book is actually very interesting :)

Yesterday evening I finished one book but I need to share with you all at least two teasers of it because it was AWESOME!

"Today? What day was it? And where was I now? I blinked,

trying to focus.

Two braces went from my thighs to my ankles.

Blink.

A bandage wound around the middle of my chest to my shoulder.

Hard blink.

I couldn't move my right arm. Couldn't move my legs.

Eyes got watery."

His voice was low. "What is it that we're doing?"

"I don't know," I rushed out. my hands were sick for his touch. And the

way his eyes drank me in started a riot low in my belly. Shit. "I don't know. You just---

you know?--- with my hair. I'm pretty sure we are

doing something... right?"

I honestly wish I could choose more teasers but there's just too many things that I loved about this book... My review is going to be up very, very soon!

Queen of the Dead by Stacey Kade

Sigh... believe me, Alona is quite the character, hahaha.

Blood & Light by Rue Volley

He wanted me to take his memory... to send him back to his family, I protested, I knew he

did it for him, Theodore? "

"No, I did not, but he found someone who would..."

This book is about vampires but in a very different way... As soon as I finished it I'll write my review about it^^
